How do I withdraw my application for a position?
Answer
Once you have submitted a resume for a specific position, it becomes part of our historical record of submissions. If you are contacted by a Pfizer recruiter for that position, please inform him/her that you are no longer interested.

You can send an email to Global HR Systems Service Center@pfizer.com and request that your resume or profile be removed from our database.

I did not receive an email acknowledgement when I applied to a job. How can I verify my application was received?
Answer
You can verify the jobs you have applied for online by logging into our system and view this information under “My Career Tools”.

I did not receive or I accidentally deleted my confirmation email. Can you resend?

The system does not allow us to resend emails, but you can verify the jobs you have applied for online by logging into our system and view this information under “My Career Tools”.

Click on the “Login Help” link button and follow the steps and a new password will be emailed to you.

What happens to my resume after I complete the online form?
Answer
All Pfizer recruiters have access to search this database. Recruiters responsible for each job you apply to will be notified of your submission. Other recruiters can also search and find your resume if you have not specifically applied to their job(s). Your resume will remain active in our database until you withdraw it from consideration by using the “Submit/Update Resume” link with the text “REMOVE” in the resume text field.

I cannot use the online system due to a disability and require an accommodation to apply for a job - What can I do?
